Krka falls and one of Dalmatia cities, it is a great combination to explore our natural and cultural heritage. So put on your comfortable shoes and get ready for me to show you these beautiful places : ) The national park Krka is most famous for Skradinski buk waterfall which is part of our walk. You will enjoy exploring waterfalls and lakes by walking on wooden footpaths between the trees and travertine barriers. Then follows a nice boat ride to the small town of Skradin. After the park we will do a city tour of the city you have chosen. It can be: Zadar, an astonishing mix of ancient, medieval and modern architecture. "Sea organ" and the "Greeting to the sun" architect installation, Or Sibenik, a beautiful gem on the Adriatic coast with a gothic and renaissance old town. (If you prefer, we can just do full day Krka) Regardless which one you choose, we will walk their narrow stone streets and get to know why they are proud members of the UNESCO family. After time for lunch, we return to ship/hotel.
This is an orientation itinerary with approximate duration of each step. Of course details can be changed regarding your preferences. If you choose we can do a full Krka park day. 09:00 - 10:00 Drive to Krka waterfalls 10:00 - 12:00 Walking tour of the falls 12:00 - 12:30 Boat drive to Skradin (if you want) and short walk there 12:30 - 14:00 Time for lunch 14:00 - 15:00 Drive back to Zadar 15:00 - 17:00 Zadar city tour and free time, transfer to your ship or hotel, or you can stay in the city center In case of Sibenik 12:30 - 13:00 Drive to Sibenik 13:00 - 14:30 Sibenik city tour 14:30 - 16:00 Time for lunch 16:00 - 17:00 Drive back to Zadar
