Let's move around the streets of Berlin in a luxury, private vehicle providing us with the best way to see the city! Being French, I would love to show you how fascinating Berlin is and was. Do not expect the architecture of Paris but I may mention one or two times the French in Berlin and their influence on the German capital from the 17th Century until today. Who can explain better than a French the passion of Napoleon for stealing art, as he did in Berlin with the carriage on the top of the Brandenburg Gate? Together we will talk about the Hohenzollern family of the last German Emperor William II, who made Berlin almost the centre of Europe beginning of the 1900s. Then we will go through almost the whole 20th century history, from the rise of Hitler to the end of the Cold War and the fall of the Wall in 1989. By the end of our time together, I hope you might feel or understand that Berlin survived almost everything and still does today
